LimeSurvey is used for questionnaires and censuses which EconLab offers to both public and private institutions. Since 2010, we have acquired deep knowledge on LimeSurvey deployment, development and customisation of tailored plugins and third-party system integration. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The survey creation process follows these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify the aim of the survey<\/li>\n<li>Analyse the expected output<\/li>\n<li>Draft survey layout<\/li>\n<li>Map questions<\/li>\n<li>Upload the questions to LimeSurvey<\/li>\n<li>Test the survey<\/li>\n<li>Make changes and manage customer\u2019s requests<\/li>\n<li>Send the survey to the target population<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with the respondents providing support on technical issues and questions interpretation<\/li>\n<li>Extract and analyse results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The experience gained over time allows our team to follow the customer in all phases of project implementation.<br \/>\n<H3> <strong> 1. We simplify the investigation development and implementation process <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<p>to better respond to customer needs, providing access from installations on their servers or helping the customer to install software locally.<br \/>\n<H3> <strong> 2. We always guarantee our customers complete control of the system and data <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<p>observing high levels of security and respecting all existing regulations, in particular privacy.<br \/>\n<H3> <strong> 3. We create specific layouts for each customer <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<p>that reflect the image of the company or entity, customizing themes and plugins or integrating external solutions, based on specific needs.<br \/>\n<H3> <strong> 4. We provide on-site and remote assistance to the customer and survey participants <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<p>to solve any type of problem (technical or content), providing real-time information on the progress of the investigations, even during the compilation phase. We are flexible and quick to respond to the needs of the customer and participants.<br \/>\n<H3> <strong> 5. We develop reporting and data analysis solution <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<p>also in aggregate, to allow you to easily read and interpret the data collected.<br \/>\n<H3> <strong> 6.
